• We understand our customer base are collectors.  For us, as collectors ourselves, we inspect the package condition before shipping out the product. Making sure it meets quality standards. Not all items are shipped from China. 
• However, please consider that the product must travel overseas from China to the US, the item(s) might get damaged during transit. We would say between "Near Mint - Mint" conditions. Packages may be damaged during transit as well.
• Shipping & Handling:
• All items are in-stock, shipping and handling may take up to 15 business days.
• Item(s) may get stuck in clearance, delaying the estimated arrival date.

-Return Policy & Damaged Items:

• We only accept returns for unopened items within 14 days. A refund would be issued excluding the shipping cost, and customers may be responsible for return shipping. For damaged items during transit, please contact us upon arrival to initiate a replacement or a full refund. Please provide pictures and videos of the damaged item(s), we need it for evidence for our manufacturing partners overseas.
